I modelli di chitarre Lakewood sono sempre stati valutabili. Il motivo principale è quello di mantenere certe e concrete le caratteristiche criticabili di uno strumento, offrendo modelli che possono essere contraddistinti da caratteristiche importanti, come il legno della parte superiore, il dorso e i fianchi, le larghezze del collo o i sistemi pick-up.

Recentemente la Lakewood ha due nuovi modelli Lakewood nell’ambito del 25 ° anniversario della Lakewood Guitars: la M-31 CP (Lakewood Gran Concerto) e la D-31 CP (a forma di Dreadnought Lakewood). Questi modelli appartengono alla serie naturale e rivendicano le stesse caratteristiche di base delle loro sorelle, sia da un punto di vista estetico sia in termini di caratteristiche sonore principali.
Sia il retro sia i lati delle M-31 CP e D-31 CP sono in palissandro indiano AA e possiedono un top in abete europeo AAA. Rifiniture in mogano nobile abbelliscono questo eccellenteo strumento che viene fornito con cutaway e sistema di pickup ad un prezzo consigliato di € 2.080.
Per via di questi nuovi modelli è ora possibile ottenere anche una chitarra della serie Natural in palissandro indiano, solitamente riservata su prenotazione e per la serie Deluxe.

New models in the Lakewood Natural Series – the M-31 CP and D-31 CP
The model range of Lakewood guitars has always been assessable. The main reason is to keep it ascertainable by offering models that can be distinguished by major features, such as the wood of top, back & sides, neck widths or pickup systems. Each model is hosted by one of three superior series, which correspond to certain price ranges and model features.
One of the most popular models is the M-32 CP, a guitar that belongs to the Deluxe-Series.
It’s got a AAA European spruce top with AAA rosewood back & sides. And this is where the idea for the new models starts!
During the Frankfurt Musikmesse 2011 we are introducing two new Lakewood models within the scope of the 25th anniversary of Lakewood Guitars: The M-31 CP (Lakewood Grand Concert shape) and the D-31 CP (Lakewood Dreadnought shape). Those models belong to the Natural Series and claim the same basic features like their sisters, optically as well as in terms of main sound characteristics.
Back & sides of the M-31 CP and D-31 CP are made of AA Indian rosewood and hold a top of AAA European spruce. Noble mahogany bindings grace this beautiful instrument that comes with cutaway and pickup system for a recommended retail price of € 2.080. Because of those new models it is now possible to obtain Indian rosewood in a Natural Series guitar, which used to be under reservation for the Deluxe Series in the past.

Anyway, through the Lakewood guitar designing tool on the web site it is however possible to make your own personal customshop guitar in any way you can think of.
