Previous shows have included the like of Mark King, Gary Willis, TM Stevens, Paul Turner, Marco Mendoza, Yolanda Charles, Doug Wimbish, Janek Gwizdala, Troy Antunes, Laurence Cottle, Stu Hamm, Pascal Mulut, Bernhard Lackner, Geoff Gascoyne, Tony Butler, John Thorne, Steve Lawson, Chris ‘Fatty’ Hargreaves, Neil Murray and Dave Marks take to the Live Stage and Masterclass Suite over the two days.

Bass legends Jah Wobble and Mo Foster will be shaking hands, meeting and greeting on the Rotosound stand at the London Bass Guitar Show 2013 at Olympia Conference Centre.

Jah Wobble was responsible the dub-quake bass lines which were the human heart beat in Public Image Ltd.’s (PiL) dread disco. Since his time with PiL he has been a highly successful solo artist and collaborator – his was the bass on the huge hit  ‘Visions Of You’ by Sinead O’Connor. More recently he has been working with PiL’s guitarist Keith Levene, appearing together at a number of concerts and releasing an EP late 2012. Jah Wobble uses Rotosound Tru Bass RS88ld strings to help create his earth shattering tones.

Legendary session bass player Mo Foster has played on over 350 recordings with artists including Phil Collins, Ringo Starr, Peter Green, Meat Loaf, Gary Moore and the list goes on and on! His has been equally prolific on tour, playing bass alongside Sting, Cliff Richard, Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck as well as working on many famous film soundtracks including several Bond movies and The Revenge of the Pink Panther! His solo career includes releasing over five albums and he’s recently been archivist/interviewer on the UK Channel 4 series Live From Abbey Road. Mo uses Rotosound Swing Bass RS66LD strings.

Mr Wobble will be at the London Bass Show on Saturday 2nd March 2013 between 3.30 and 4.30pm. So come and have a chat with a genuine geezer, ask him a question or get him to sign something for you. Mo Foster will be on the stand at 1pm on both days. Also in attendance will be Alex Lofoco and Eric Rupert.
